Please use good judgement and common sense when taking any sessions. Consider your level and ability, choose the appropriate level of the exercises and rest when you need to. Please ensure you are in a clear space with no obvious hazards, with ventilation, appropriate lighting and access to water.
Before starting a new exercise programme it is recommended that you consult a medical professional and follow their guidance. By participating in these live online and face-to-face classes, you agree to do so at your own risk and assume all responsibility for injury to yourself while undertaking any exercises. You understand you are responsible for listening to your body and if you experience any pain, faintness, dizziness or discomfort you must stop the exercise. By attending these classes you agree that Kath Pent has no liability for any injury or loss you may suffer while participating in the classes. It is not advised that you participate in online classes if you are pregnant or have acute injuries. If you have any questions about your health, you should consult a physician or healthcare professional.
